The School of Science at Edith Cowan University (ECU) offer undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees in a wide range of disciplines. Academics in the School are involved in research and teaching relating to: Computing, Security, Cyber Security, Biological Science, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, with a focus on the continued growth of the disciplines.
This School Officer role is primarily responsible for, but is not restricted to, a wide range of administrative and secretarial support identified in the , for the Security Research Institute. The role would suit a confident individual who can work well independently and as part of a larger School support team.
Demonstrated high level of administrative skills with attention to detail, accurately maintaining administrative systems and procedures
Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise numerous tasks with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and ensure targeted outcomes
Interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop good relationships and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience with coordinating events (room bookings, catering, scheduling etc)
Some exposure to Computing and Cyber Security would be an advantage

Benefits & Remuneration
This position attracts remuneration of $66,813 to $71,161 pa (Pro-Rata) 60% over 5 days plus 17% superannuation.
