Role: Administration Officer with various opportunities available to 30th September 2021 and 31st December 2021.

Availability: 0.8 to full time required (full time equivalent to 76 hours per fortnight)

Shift Work: Monday to Friday with operating hours between 8am - 6pm

Office Location: 50 Lonsdale Street/Work from Home

Position Summary:

The administration officer will provide direct support to the contact tracing team with administrative activities. They will primarily support the COVID-19 Public Health Division with undertaking checks of COVID-19 test results of individuals being monitored by the Department of Health.

Responsibilities

  • Performing checks on the negative test tool to confirm that a specific test matches with the identifying information that we have been provided.
  • Ensuring that incorrectly matching data is not entered.
  • Understanding the public health implications of the data that is entered and reflecting that in the work that is performed.
  • Working collaboratively with the Information Team to accurately and precisely check results, without double handling nor incorrect keying of data.
  • Other Ad Hoc activities as directed by the Information Leads
